My legs will burn tomorrow

Today I signed up for the two-week free trial at the gym! Sean did mostly weights at first and I was on the elliptical (the what? I don't know. It felt like a standing up bike). Then we both went on the treadmill and afterwards he tried the bike machine (like, a spin class? that machine) and I went on my worst enemy - the Stairmaster.

DUN DUN DUN

The machine said I climbed 10 floors which took me 5 minutes. I set my time for 5 minutes and my mom called me about 30 seconds before I finished and I wanted to stop to answer the phone because I knew I would do a face plant down the stairs if I didn't give it my devotion. I was frantically trying to find the stop button and I missed a stair just as I pressed stop. Scary stuff. This machine is not good for clumsy people or people you can't multi-task.

Afterward we went SWIMMING! Which I loved because it reminded me of summer because I never swim in the winter. Oh how I wish the snow was gone. But, on our way home, we saw this really awesome snow sculpture of this tiki thing.

Awesome, right? The absolute only reason I like snow is seeing how creative people can be with it. And snow on Christmas Eve/Day. But that's a given.
